Chewy reported second-quarter earnings that met Wall Street expectations while posting revenue that topped analyst consensus figures, alongside forward projections for the third quarter and full year 2027.

For the quarter, the online pet retailer posted earnings per share of $0.36, exactly matching the analyst estimate of $0.36, according to an Investing.com report.

Revenue for the period came in at $3.33 billion, edging past the consensus estimate of $3.32 billion.

Forward Guidance and Projections

Looking ahead to the third quarter of 2027, Chewy anticipates revenue in the range of $3.32 billion to $3.36 billion. This compares against an analyst consensus estimate of $3.33 billion for the same period.

For the full year 2027, the company forecasts revenue between $13.46 billion and $13.57 billion. That projection brackets the Wall Street consensus estimate of $13.48 billion.

In the public markets, Chewy stock recently closed at $23.27. The shares have experienced mixed performance across varying timeframes, rising 20.51% over the last three months but declining 33.72% over the last 12 months.
