ZenaTech reported soaring second-quarter revenue alongside widening operating losses and an 84% stock rout that has pushed shares near all-time lows, exposing severe investor doubts despite top-line expansion.

The company posted quarterly revenue of C$9.33 million, representing a 557.6% increase compared to the same period a year earlier. While the top-line growth indicates rapid business expansion, the financial results were accompanied by a deepening bottom-line deficit and intense downward pressure in the public markets.

Earnings Miss and Operating Losses

The revenue surge failed to offset mounting expenditures, resulting in a Q2 loss per share of C$0.28 that missed analyst forecasts, according to an Investing.com report.

ZenaTech recorded an operating loss of C$25.32 million for the quarter, yielding a net margin of -350.2%. The heavy cash burn highlights the significant costs required to drive triple-digit revenue growth, raising questions among market participants regarding the company's path to profitability.

Market Reaction and Valuation Collapse

Public market performance reflects deep skepticism regarding these financial metrics. ZenaTech shares have plunged 83.6% over the past year, dropping sharply from a 52-week high of $7.11 to trade at $1.07.

The equity now hovers just above its historic low of $0.95, a stark contrast to the aggressive growth figures reported in its operational updates. This divergence underscores how widening losses and cash consumption can override high-percentage revenue gains in investor sentiment.

Analyst Consensus Versus Market Reality

Despite the steep correction and negative share price momentum, professional equity analysts maintain a consensus 'Strong Buy' recommendation on the stock, accompanied by a target mean of $6.37.

This gap between Wall Street expectations and the current trading price of $1.07 illustrates the friction between long-term growth models and near-term market execution risks as the company navigates its high-burn expansion phase.
