Devonian Health Group is preparing to list its common shares and warrants on the NYSE American under the tickers 'DHGR' and 'DHGR WS', pairing the U.S. exchange debut with an underwritten public offering.
Trading on the NYSE American is anticipated to begin as early as Tuesday, according to a report from Investing.com. The dual-listing strategy allows the clinical-stage pharmaceutical firm to expand its investor base while keeping its existing footprint on Canadian exchanges.
Exchange Requirements and Dual-Listing Structure
While preparations for the U.S. rollout advance, the anticipated listing remains subject to standard market conditions, final authorization by the NYSE American LLC, and continued compliance with exchange rules.
Even as it expands southward, the company will maintain its existing listing on the TSX Venture Exchange. Devonian Health has reserved the symbol 'DHGR' on the TSXV and plans to request a formal change from its current trading symbol 'GSD' to 'DHGR' at a later date.
Clinical Pipeline and Corporate Profile
Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Quebec, Canada, Devonian Health operates as a clinical-stage pharmaceutical enterprise. Its research and development initiatives focus primarily on treatments for auto-immune and fibroinflammatory conditions.
The company's drug candidate pipeline targets specific indications including atopic dermatitis, radiodermatitis, and ulcerative colitis. Moving to a U.S. national exchange provides such clinical-stage developers with broader access to institutional capital markets to fund ongoing trial phases and research operations.
