Zscaler reaffirmed its fiscal first-quarter and full-year 2027 financial guidance during its 2026 Investor Day, outlining a growth path toward a $10 billion annual recurring revenue target driven by agentic artificial intelligence adoption.
The cybersecurity provider reiterated its forward financial projections as enterprise demand for cloud-based security platforms accelerates amid expanding AI workloads across corporate IT environments.
“As AI forces every enterprise to rethink their approach to security, the value of our Zero Trust architecture is becoming increasingly clear,” said Jay Chaudhry, CEO, Chairman, and Founder of Zscaler.
Fiscal First-Quarter 2027 Guidance Breakdown
For the first quarter of fiscal 2027, according to Zscaler investor relations data, the company projects total revenue between $935 million and $939 million. This range represents approximately 19% year-over-year growth compared to prior periods.
Alongside top-line projections, management expects non-GAAP income from operations to land between $215 million and $217 million for the same three-month period. These figures align with previous guidance provided to institutional shareholders.
Full-Year Projections and Long-Term Targets
Looking across the full 2027 fiscal year, the company anticipates annual recurring revenue (ARR) to reach between $4.396 billion and $4.426 billion. Full-year revenue is forecasted to range from approximately $3.908 billion to $3.938 billion.
These updated metrics serve as intermediate milestones as Zscaler scales its Zero Trust Exchange platform to meet enterprise requirements for automated threat mitigation and data protection.
What Agentic AI Means for Zero Trust Security
Agentic AI refers to autonomous software agents capable of executing complex workflows, making decisions, and interacting with enterprise systems without constant human intervention. While these capabilities improve operational efficiency, they also introduce security risks by creating new, automated attack surfaces that traditional perimeter defenses struggle to monitor.
Zscaler's cloud security architecture is designed to inspect traffic and enforce access policies regardless of user location or device. By positioning its Zero Trust framework as a control layer for autonomous agent operations, the company aims to capture increased market share as organizations deploy AI automation across corporate networks.
