Temasek-owned Seviora Group will consolidate three of its asset management subsidiaries into a single unified platform by January 1, 2027. The integration aims to simplify client access and centralize operational resources across the group, which manages approximately $76 billion in assets.

The merger will combine Azalea, SeaTown, and Seviora Capital under one entity. Other Temasek-affiliated firms, specifically Fullerton Fund Management and InnoVen Capital, are excluded from this consolidation and will continue to operate as independent legal entities.

"Since Seviora was established in 2020, our AMCs have progressively built shared capabilities across areas such as sustainability, technology, human resources, and sales and distribution," said Gabriel Lim, CEO of Seviora, in a statement.

Leadership and Strategic Outlook

Following the integration, Gabriel Lim will remain as the CEO of the combined Seviora Group, while Yeo Hong Ping will serve as the Chief Operating Officer. The move aims to simplify the client experience by providing a single point of relationship for the group's investment strategies.

"Coming together as a single platform is the natural next step. It gives clients easier access, through a single relationship, to the breadth of our investment capabilities and allows us to invest more in our people, research and technology," Lim said.

What the Integration Means for Subsidiaries

For the individual firms involved, the merger represents a transition toward shared infrastructure and increased scale. Executives from the merging units highlighted the potential for cross-team collaboration, particularly in private markets.

"Azalea has built a strong track record of making private equity more accessible through innovative fund solutions," said Chue En Yaw, CEO of Azalea.

"We see huge promise in this next chapter for the Group. As part of a larger, more integrated platform, our private credit and private equity teams will benefit greatly from the scale, resources and broader relationships of the Group," said Patrick Pang, CEO of SeaTown.

Historical Context of Seviora

Seviora was established in 2020 as a holding company for Temasek's various asset management businesses. Over the past four years, the group has focused on building centralized functions to support its subsidiaries. This consolidation represents a shift from a multi-boutique model toward an integrated institutional platform. By pooling resources, the group expects to enhance its ability to deploy capital across global markets while maintaining the specialized investment mandates of its legacy units.
