NeuroPace outlined its ongoing revenue momentum and regulatory strategy for expanding its RNS device into idiopathic generalized epilepsy during the 12th Annual Cantor Fitzgerald Global Healthcare Conference.
Core RNS revenue rose 21% in the latest quarter, supported by record prescriber accounts and an expanding patient pipeline.
"We really believe that the data's on our side," said Patrick Williams, Chief Financial Officer, NeuroPace, during the conference presentation.
Expanding Into the IGE Market
The medical device maker is positioning its responsive neurostimulation technology for a broader patient demographic. Management detailed the regulatory timeline and market expansion potential for treating idiopathic generalized epilepsy, commonly known as IGE.
"It will likely open up another 20% of the overall epilepsy market for us. Upon approval, we would be the only company that has a neuromodulation device approved for IGE," said Williams.
Proprietary Longitudinal Data Sets
Leadership emphasized the competitive advantage provided by the company's accumulated clinical metrics. Longitudinal data tracking patient outcomes over extended periods forms a cornerstone of NeuroPace's clinical validation efforts.
"It is not something that can be purchased or replicated," said Scott, who leads investor relations and business development at NeuroPace, referring to the company's unique data set.
Financial Context and Market Position
The double-digit revenue increase highlights accelerating adoption among specialists treating drug-resistant focal seizures. NeuroPace continues to invest in commercial infrastructure and clinical trials to support its regulatory submissions as it targets the broader epilepsy treatment sector.
