Jones Soda (JSDA) reported preliminary, unaudited net revenue of approximately $13.3 million for the third quarter of 2026. This figure represents a 196% increase compared to the $4.5 million recorded in the same period last year. The year-over-year jump reflects an expansion in sales volume as the company scales its distribution channels.
For the nine-month period ending September 30, 2026, the company reported preliminary net revenue of $36.0 million. This is more than double the $13.6 million reported during the first nine months of 2025. These figures remain subject to final review, as the company’s quarter-end accounting processes are currently in progress.
"Our results reflect particularly strong sales growth across our club and direct-to-consumer channels as we continue to broaden the reach of the Jones brand and connect with both new and existing consumers," said Scott Harvey, President and Chief Executive Officer of Jones Soda, in a statement regarding the results.
Drivers of Growth and Brand Engagement
Management attributes the quarterly performance to increased penetration in the club store segment and a strengthening of its direct-to-consumer digital infrastructure. The company is also using social media to drive brand awareness.
"Our social media activity has also been extremely strong, supported by the efforts of the Jones marketing team and the enthusiasm of our consumers. Jones-related content has generated millions of impressions across social platforms, significantly expanding awareness and engagement with the Jones brand," Harvey added.
Financial Outlook and Market Position
The company confirmed it remains on track to meet its previously stated sales and EBITDA guidance for the full 2026 fiscal year. These preliminary results serve as a benchmark for the company's progress toward those targets.
As of October 9, 2026, shares of Jones Soda (JSDA) were priced at $0.26. The company operates in a competitive beverage market where consumer engagement through social-first marketing strategies remains a component of its growth strategy alongside traditional retail expansion.
