Hyperscale Data has established a $750 million minimum valuation threshold for an outright sale of its Michigan AI data center campus, pointing to contracted future revenue and public market comps as justification for the price tag, according to a PR Newswire release. Management estimates that the asset's actual value could reach or exceed $1.25 billion.

"Over more than three decades as an investor, I have seen markets fail to reflect fundamental value that is already present in a business or asset. I believe the Michigan Campus is such a case," said Milton 'Todd' Ault III, Executive Chairman of Hyperscale Data and largest stockholder, in a statement regarding the valuation.

Master Services Agreement and Deployment Terms

The campus valuation relies heavily on contracted economics secured through Alliance Cloud Services (ACS). ACS recently entered into a master services agreement with a California-based neocloud provider for an initial 20 megawatts of artificial intelligence compute capacity.

The agreement spans a 10-year term and includes two five-year renewal options. According to company filings reported by PR Newswire, the initial deployment and options could generate over $1.2 billion in aggregate revenue. The master services agreement also contains rights for the customer to expand by an additional 32 megawatts.

Valuation Disparity and Public Comps

Hyperscale Data executives argue that the company's current equity valuation disconnects sharply from the underlying infrastructure assets it holds, particularly given the surging power demands of AI workloads.

"We want our stockholders to understand that there are publicly traded companies with assets and business models that provide meaningful comparables to our Michigan AI data center," said William B. Horne, Chief Executive Officer of Hyperscale Data. "The disparity between the value we believe is reflected by these comparable companies and the value currently being attributed to Hyperscale Data is substantial."

As of market data on September 15, 2026, Hyperscale Data Inc (GPUS) traded at $0.19, down 1.21%. The low share price relative to the stated $750 million minimum asset floor underscores the board's effort to signal underlying net asset value to public markets.

Strategic Importance of AI Power Infrastructure

Data center campuses equipped with high-density power capacity have become prime acquisition targets for private equity and specialized infrastructure funds as generative AI deployment strains traditional grid capacity. By drawing a hard line at $750 million, Hyperscale Data's leadership is framing the Michigan facility as a standalone institutional-grade asset rather than factoring its worth solely through the lens of the parent company's historical micro-cap equity trading range.
