Credo Technology Group raised its fiscal 2027 revenue growth guidance to 85% at the Goldman Sachs conference, backed by an expanding optical product portfolio designed for artificial intelligence infrastructure.

The updated projections include maintaining a $600 million optics revenue target, as the company scales its high-speed connectivity solutions to meet surging data center demands.

"Credo is a pure play high-speed connectivity solutions company. The role we play in AI infrastructure is moving data reliably and efficiently across the network," said Chief Executive Bill in a statement regarding the presentation.

Sequential Growth and Margin Stability

Financial executives at the firm detailed accelerated expansion targets for the remainder of the fiscal year, pointing to sequential improvements across upcoming quarters.

"We guided about 11% sequentially into Q2... If you look at the way we’ve discussed things for the back half of the year, it’s really an accelerating growth rate, call it 20% into Q3, 30% into Q4. That sets you up where a billion-dollar quarter is within our sights within early fiscal 2028," said Chief Financial Officer Dan during the company's appearance at the Goldman Sachs conference.

Alongside the revenue outlook, Credo reported that its gross margin held near 68%. Management anticipates that margins will remain broadly steady even as optics products account for a larger percentage of total sales.

AI Infrastructure and Optical Expansion

The company's growth strategy centers on transitioning data centers toward advanced optical connectivity to handle intensive machine learning workloads. As hyperscale cloud providers scale their GPU clusters, networking bottlenecks have elevated the importance of high-speed active electrical cables and optical digital signal processors.

By positioning itself as a pure-play connectivity provider, Credo aims to capture a greater share of capital expenditures dedicated to next-generation AI data centers, supporting higher bandwidth requirements while managing power efficiency constraints across modern server racks.
