Atlas Lithium has secured executed contracts covering roughly 71% of direct capital expenditures for its 100%-owned Neves Project in Brazil at costs about 16% below its Definitive Feasibility Study estimates, materially de-risking development as construction advances.
"Locking in more than 70% of our direct capital budget, and doing so below our feasibility study estimates, reflects disciplined project implementation," said Marc Fogassa, Chairman and CEO of Atlas Lithium, in a statement regarding the announcement.
Scope of Executed Contracts
The newly secured agreements span a wide range of foundational development operations for the Brazilian processing facility. According to the report from Investing News, the contracted scope includes earthworks and civil construction, electromechanical assembly of the Dense Media Separation (DMS) plant, crushing systems, and spare-parts supply.
Additional executed contracts cover electrical infrastructure, detailed engineering, construction management and supervision, administrative and operational building construction, and in-country logistics for the facility.
What Is at Stake for the Neves Project
The 100%-owned Neves Project is fully permitted, with its processing plant already located in Brazil and positioned for assembly. These cost savings relative to feasibility projections arrive as the company advances the asset toward commercial production.
The project's underlying benchmarks were established in its Definitive Feasibility Study, which was included as an exhibit to the company's Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, filed with the SEC on August 4, 2025.
