SL SPV-2, L.P., an entity affiliated with investment firm Silver Lake and a 10% owner of Dell Technologies, sold approximately $42.9 million of Dell Class C common stock on September 3, 2026. The sale occurred as Dell shares traded near their 52-week high, reflecting a period of price appreciation for the hardware provider.

According to an Investing.com report, the transaction involved the sale of 83,066 shares. The shares were sold at prices ranging from $514.07 to $527.70 per share.

Market Context and Transaction Details

The sale took place while Dell Technologies shares were trading at $533.88, closely approaching the company's 52-week high of $538.47. This price level follows a rally for the company, which has seen its share price increase by 346% over the previous 12-month period.

As part of the internal process for the transaction, the shares involved were subject to a conversion of Class B Common Stock into Class C Common Stock prior to the final sale.
