CrowdStrike President and CEO George Kurtz sold 21,100 shares of Class A common stock worth approximately $4.4 million, executing the transactions as the cybersecurity firm trades near its 52-week high.

Transaction Details and 10b-1 Plan

The share sales took place across multiple transactions on September 11 and September 14, 2026, totaling approximately $4,408,700, according to an Investing.com report.

The trades were carried out pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan that Mr. Kurtz adopted earlier in the year on January 6, 2026. Pre-arranged trading plans allow company insiders to buy or sell predetermined amounts of stock at specific times, establishing an affirmative defense against potential insider trading allegations.

Remaining Holdings and Ownership Structure

Following the completion of these September transactions, Mr. Kurtz directly holds 7,756,019 shares of CrowdStrike Holdings Class A common stock.

In addition to his direct holdings, an Investing.com report noted that another 400,000 shares remain held indirectly through the Kurtz Family Dynasty Trust.
