Apollo Global Management has provided a $585 million hybrid financing package to flexible office provider The Executive Centre, structuring a deal designed to refinance existing debt and accelerate regional expansion. Announced on September 16, the transaction channels capital from Apollo-managed funds, affiliates, and institutional investors toward commercial markets.
“We are excited to deliver a tailored solution to The Executive Centre that supports their business needs and long-term strategic objectives,” said Celia Yan, Partner and Co-Head of APAC Credit & Hybrid at Apollo, in a statement regarding the arrangement.
Use of Proceeds and Regional Strategy
The newly secured capital is earmarked primarily for retiring existing debt obligations and positioning The Executive Centre, commonly known as TEC, for continued footprint growth. Demand for premium flexible workspaces across the Asia-Pacific region and the Middle East drove the timing of the financing package.
“TEC has spent three decades building a trusted platform for multinational clients who need the flexibility to scale across Asia. Apollo's ability to deliver a solution signals confidence and addresses both our refinancing objectives and growth ambitions, reflecting the long-term, partnership-driven approach we were looking for,” stated a spokesperson for The Executive Centre.
Scale of The Executive Centre's Operations
The Executive Centre maintains an established operating footprint across international commercial hubs. According to corporate disclosures, the provider manages a portfolio exceeding 260 centres spanning 38 cities across 15 markets. The company brings over 30 years of operating history to its corporate real estate offerings.
Apollo's Capital Deployment in Asia
The financing highlights the growing role of private credit and hybrid capital providers in commercial real estate refinancing as traditional bank lending conditions remain selective. For Apollo Global Management, the transaction expands its deployment of flexible capital structures across international markets.
With assets under management reaching approximately $1.05 trillion as of June 30, according to the announcement, the firm continues to target corporate credit opportunities supporting infrastructure, real estate services, and regional expansion initiatives globally.
