AGNT, Inc. has appointed Leo Pareja as Chief Executive Officer, effective October 8, 2026, as founder Glenn Sanford transitions to the role of Chairman of the Board. The leadership change represents a shift for the real estate technology firm as it adopts an AI-native operational model.
