PACS Group, Inc. co-founder and CEO Jason Hulse sold approximately $886,569 worth of company common stock between September 10 and September 14, 2026. The divestment was conducted under a pre-established trading plan. This leaves the executive with a large remaining equity stake as the firm pursues an expansion strategy.

"The sales were executed under a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan established by Mr. Hulse on May 18, 2026, which allows insiders to arrange predetermined schedules for stock transactions," according to an Investing.com report.

Understanding Rule 10b5-1 Plans

Rule 10b5-1 plans provide corporate insiders with a legal mechanism to sell shares without triggering accusations of insider trading. By setting the terms, prices, and dates of transactions in advance, executives can divest portions of their holdings while the plan is active. This applies even if they later come into possession of material non-public information. This structure removes the appearance of timing trades based on specific corporate developments.

Following these recent transactions, Mr. Hulse retains direct ownership of 54,555,249 shares of PACS Group common stock. As of September 17, 2026, PACS Group (PACS) was trading at $42.51 per share.

Corporate Expansion and Market Footprint

This stock activity coincides with a period of growth for the company. PACS Group recently finalized the acquisition of 34 skilled nursing facilities from Eduro Healthcare. Additionally, the company has entered into agreements to acquire another 32 facilities located in Florida, increasing its national presence in the post-acute care sector.

These acquisitions represent a consolidation effort within the skilled nursing facility industry. PACS Group has been deploying capital to increase its bed capacity and geographic reach.
