LU-VE Group reported record financial results for the first half of 2026, driven by rising demand across data centers, power generation, and industrial cooling sectors.

First-half sales reached €325.1 million, marking a 10.3% increase compared to the same period in the prior year. The performance was anchored by second-quarter revenue of $171.7 million, alongside an adjusted EBITDA margin of 16.4% in the second quarter that stands as the highest quarterly level in company history.

"The first half of year 2026 confirmed a significant strengthening of LU-VE growth trajectory," said Chief Executive Matteo Liberali in a statement regarding the results.

Backlog Expansion and Hyperscaler Wins

The financial gains coincided with an expanded order backlog reaching €333.3 million, representing a 48% increase year-over-year. Data centers accounted for 12% of the total order backlog, bolstered by an earnings call transcript reported by Investing.com.

A primary catalyst for the industrial cooling equipment manufacturer's pipeline was securing its first large hyperscaler contract valued at over €100 million in April 2026. This contract establishes a footprint in the artificial intelligence and cloud computing infrastructure market.

"Data centers are incremental to our traditional business," Chief Executive Matteo Liberali said, emphasizing a diversified customer base.

Upgraded Guidance Metrics

Reflecting the order momentum and margin expansion, management updated its medium-term financial outlook during the reporting period. Organic sales growth guidance was revised upward to a low double-digit rate from a previous high single-digit forecast.

Simultaneously, the adjusted EBITDA margin target range was lifted to 15% to 17%, moving up from the prior 14% to 15% band. These adjustments reflect management's confidence in sustained operational leverage across its manufacturing segments as cooling demand scales globally.
