Definium Therapeutics is preparing to host an investor webcast Monday at 8:00 a.m. EDT to release topline results from its Phase 3 Panorama study evaluating DT120 (lysergide) orally disintegrating tablet in adults with generalized anxiety disorder, according to an Investing.com report.

The upcoming data release arrives as shares of Definium Therapeutics (NASDAQ: DFTX) trade under downward pressure, closing at $36.82, down 8.52% from their previous close of $40.25, according to Finnhub market data.

Study Design and Trial Parameters

The Panorama study is structured as a multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial designed to measure both the efficacy and safety profile of DT120 ODT.

Enrollment for the trial reached 245 participants ranging in age from 18 to 74 years across approximately 32 clinical study centers.

"Participants were randomized 2:1:2 to receive a single dose of DT120 ODT 100 µg, DT120 ODT 50 µg, or matching placebo," according to the Investing.com report detailing the trial's structural parameters.

The trial protocol consists of a 12-week double-blind treatment period. This initial phase is followed by a subsequent 40-week open-label extension to track longer-term safety and durability metrics.

What Is at Stake for DT120

Generalized anxiety disorder affects millions of adults globally, and current treatment standards often rely on daily chronic medications such as selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors that can carry side effects or require weeks to take full effect.

The development of psychedelic-derived therapeutics formulated as orally disintegrating tablets offers an alternative approach focused on episodic or rapid intervention. Monday's topline readout from the Panorama study will provide the market with its first definitive look at whether DT120 can meet its primary endpoints in a large-scale Phase 3 setting.
